An EXCELLENT example of Border War, 1980s SADF 32 Battalion ' Buffalo ' Commemorative Unit Medallion. This piece appears to be in a VF/F state , with detailed Relief on  obverse and reverse.  All insignia present. Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Bronze Surface finish will display areas of Wear in sections of high relief. All nomenclature remains legible.

This piece was made available to members of 32 Battalion- in 1989 in order to commemorate the vacation of the Unit base in Buffalo - at the closure of hostilities in SWA/ Angola.
