This set appears to be in a VF/F state , with detailed Woven Nylon Fibre Relief throughout. All integral parts appear present. Minimal Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Structural integrity of each Retention Paracord length is good and weave is complete. 

These items would have been issued &  utilised by SADF personnel, for retention purposes regarding the construction of a Poncho / Groundsheet Shelter assembly.
