1983 first edition hardcover in very good condition. The dust jacket has some wear around the edges.  264 pages. In May 1978 South African Airmen and soldiers burst over the border of SWA/Namibia. They attacked 3 widely separated locations inside the neighbouring country of Angola and killing hundreds of insurgents belonging to SWAPO. These attacks, part of an operation code-named Reindeer, inaugurated a new SA goverment policy of launching attacks into neighbouring territories which harboured insurgents planning to infiltrate SWA. 73 black and white pictures included.
