Hardcover first published October 2002 by The Caps & Flints Press, Melbourne, in a whole but lightly worn jacket. Original black cloth with large stamped gilt spine titling, and the author's name at the foot of the spine. This copy bears a signed dedication to one Hans Bornman, possibly the South African author, on the title page. 200 pages including appendices (Medal Entitlement, Nominal Roll), glossary, bibliography and appendix.
