Upper.

The all leather Stylish Oxford upper is cut from 1.9 – 2.1mmFull Grain Pampas leather which have high wearing durability.

This is a fashionable executive style safety shoe which has a high degree of comfort and durability, and very suitable for engineers or office personnel that have to visit production areas during the course of the day.

The BOVA Comfort vamp lining is made from a special needled Hi-Tech Fibre blend which has excellent perspiration absorbency resulting in a low heat build up and a more comfortable shoe for the wearer. This material has been treated with “ULTRAFRESH” which imparts additional hygienic and anti-bacterial properties to the lining..

The quarter lining is from an impregnated non-woven material with good abrasion resistance.

The five pair of eyelets are made from steel, which has been treated with a corrosion resistant “gunmetal” coating.

The lace is braided and made from a polyester yarn with high abrasion resistance together with a central core for additional strength.
Insole and Sock

The insole is from a Texan board uni-shank with steel shank and a 2mm re-inforcement board.

The “heelcup” insock for extra comfort is made from an impregnated non-woven material.
Single Density Polyurethane Sole

The sole is from foamed polyester polyurethane, for lightness, comfort and flexibility. The sole has a shore hardness of 0.64 – 0,65 for durability and slip resistance.

The polyurethane sole is an excellent insulator against cold concrete floors and has a heat resistance of between 100 and 110C.
Toe caps

The steel toe cap is imported from Europe or South America and complies with the SANS/ISO 20345 Specification to withstand an impact load of 200 joules. This toe cap has an extra wide fit to accommodate the largest variety of feet possible, and we use 5 different sizes to cover the full range of sizes.
The “JENNIFER” shoe, has been tested to comply with SANS/ISO 20345 Specification and carries the SANS/ISO 20345 Certified Mark.
