I was informed that this Dry Red will be pretty fruity and flowery on the nose with memories of cherry and violet. Medium-bodied on the palate with good acidity. Youthful but ripe tannins will lend an attractive and solid texture - 13.5% alcohol volume. Apparently once opened, its ripe tannins and rounded texture make it a perfect match for light meat dishes, pasta in general, young and medium aged cheeses, Tuscan type cuisine etc.
Best served at temperature: 18-20°C - Aged 2- 4years
