Boxed Hand Cut Vitria Lead Crystal Decanter - Marked - Looks Unused

Stunning decanter. Exquisitely cut. Didn't want to take the stopper out of the box as I could see I was going to tear it, so the last pic is of the actual stopper section that goes into the decanter. Has a monogram of a silver and gold bell with a golf club as well as the words "Westners Twosome". Could be from a Wayne Westner Tournament???

No cracks or chips.
