Camera World offers a No-hassle exchange within 3 days only if your goods are found to be defective by manufacturer. The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed:

• We might ask buyer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use, buyer has responsibility to cooperate and follow the test correctly.

• The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.

• Customer's responsible of cost of return shipping, while Camera World  will cover all expenses to send out the replacement.

• Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.

• Camera World does not accept responsibility for item lost during returning or sending.

• Items found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense.
