Our main depot is in Melbourne Australia. Items are shipped to Africagold in South Africa who make sure items when received, are in the said condition before shipping to you. It is only in very rare circumstances that items might take a few days longer than usual to be shipped.

We do not ship on Friday's and during weekends as items are held at depots of the courier company and will only be shipped on a Tuesday to you by the courier company.
