When Barney's friend Beth invents a new holiday called "Happy Day," the kids wish for something that makes them happy - and their friends try to make the wish come true! Barney and the kids explore how their faces show their feelings - whether happy, mad, silly of sad! Pretending to be robots, they discover that sad feelings are better than no feelings. But an accident turns Beth's "Happy Day" into a bad one, so BJ's wish for a fishing trip turns into a suprise party for his friend. Then, it's a happy day for everyone!
