Postal shipping will automatically be sent parcels to the post office closest to your address.


You can use the tracking number to go and collect your order from your local post office once it arrives.


If choosing courier delivery please provide a PHYSICAL ADDRESS and not a Postal Address. 

Choosing courier delivery and providing a Postal Address will automatically put your order on hold until a physical address is received. Couriers do not deliver to Postal Boxes, on weekends and public holidays. Couriers only deliver to major cities. 

We dispatch parcels on Tuesdays and Thursdays excluding public holidays. After dispatching of parcels, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

South African buyers only. 

S&H fee includes Packaging, Packaging material, admin not postage only. Shipping cost is calculated from product with highest shipping if combining. 

Unfortunately no collections allowed. Sorry no exceptions will be made. 

We have no control over the post or courier services which are used so we can not be held responsible for losses, inconvenience or delays caused by the couriers or post office
