The Parliament hinge is designed for doors which need to fold back on themselves creating the maximum possible opening through a doorway. The hinge has a specially designed cut-out section known as the Gap, that easily fits deep reveals and wide skirting boards. With its unique 180 degrees swing, the door can open completely flat against the wall, making it the perfect choice for French double doors.

When choosing the hinge, consider the space between the inner and outer portions of the door.  For optimal results it is recommended to use 3x hinges per door for openings of up to 2.4m high with a clearance of 125mm or more and 4 hinges for openings greater than 2.5m with a gap of less than 125mm.
