Engraved brass Sundial on granite plinth made by Meristic (Cardiff, Wales) for South African Latitude. Sundial has a 300 mm diameter and is 3 mm thick, mounted by 4 screws to a granite plinth. Made in 1984 and dedicated to a marriage that might or might not have survived the test of time (this could always be covered by a thin, purpose-cut brass plate if bothersome). Weighs just over 8KG including plinth.
