Brass two-tier sweet or biscuit stand on a base.

This is a very attractive sweet or biscuit two-tier stand on a base.  Both bowls are scolloped, have a cut-out pattern and have an intricate pattern engraved. The central pillar holding the trays and base together ends up in a handle on top.  A lovely item just for show or of course preferably to be used !  from bthe base to the handles it stands 25cm's high, the bottom tray is 19cm's wide and the top tray is 17cm's wide.
