tips:
Since our salon has done the training on the professional kit, here are some advise for home users.

25ml is recommend for medium to long hair. over apply is simply going to make a lot of smoke and wont do much more. Extra long and thick hair should use no more than 40ml ( otherwise it will simply burn off the extra liquids)

Steps:

shampoo your hair with step 1, leave it on for 10 mins to strip off any dirt or oil.
apply step 2 when hair is 80% dry. just apply all over from the most damaged part
blow dry 100%. I would even leave it on for an extra 30mins while its drying. 
Do not iron when its wet. it will simply make a lot of fume.
Once dried, section your hair is small strips with clips. iron 6-10 strokes per section, at 210c/230c - max heat. Please use a good iron which can keep constant heat, otherwise iron more strokes and make sure every single strand is ironed.
Then iron 3-6 times at the ends of the hair, per section.
Once everything is ironed, properly and evenly, rinse thoroughly.
Apply the step 3 to towel dried hair, comb through and wait 5- 10 mins.
rinse and style.
 

after care:
Use proper sulfate free shampoo, such as brazil cacau shampoos, elizabeth ann baby shampoo, clicks kids shampoo ( green bottle)

condition as usual

If you can, only wash after 2 days.
