** Please note that due to the nature of the product, unfortunately we do not offer any refund on hair purchased. Sometimes due to the hair being COURIERED in a plastic sealed bag it might require straightening upon arrival. As much as we try our best for the hair to arrive in the same condition as when it was dispatched we really have no control over how it is being handled by the chosen courier company. For curly wigs please note that you either have to wash the wig upon arrival or you need to spray the wig with a conditioning spray for curls. To make your own spray: mix one part conditioner with 3 parts water in a spray bottle. After spraying you will need to comb through with a wide toothed comb or with your fingers depending on the style required. Please also check the chosen type of closure chosen as some closures might require lace glue( available at dischem stores)
