The directions are simple, safe and easy to use. Shake well before use. Shampoo hair and towel dry. Apply treatment to the hair SPARINGLY LIKE YOU WOULD APPLY ANY CONDITIONER, combing through the ends. Finish entire head. Let hair air dry naturally for 15-30 minutes. Using a ceramic or metal round brush, blow dry hair completely. Then taking small sections, slowly flat iron hair from the root to end 7 to10 times.
