Unfortunately i have to give a negative rating as i have no choice. On 13 Aug i bought pink Tourmaline stone and had to return it -as there was a VERY visable crack running through the middle. I have still NOT received my refund.I have sent 4 email reminders and repeatedly tried phoning but no answer. I really have tried to be reasonable but am not happy with the service delivery.
