How to use your Voucher

Once you have purchased your voucher you need to activate it by emailing your details (name, address, phone number & voucher number) to [email protected].

If you do not have access to email, you can fax or call Breakfree.

How to Book your Hotel Stay

Call or email Breakfree stating that you wish to make a reservation on their Central Reservations Line or email them.

Their staff will assist you in making a booking where and when you wish to stay.

Terms & Conditions

1. Most of the hotels require that you do have breakfast and dinner.
2. Some hotels & game lodges will offer the Breakfree voucher holder 50% to 70% discount off the normal rack rates.
3. Venues are not obliged to accept special offers if the correct booking procedures are not followed.  Your Breakfree voucher has to be handed in on arrival at the venue's reception. 
4. All bookings are essential and subject to availability.
5. The voucher entitles two people (one room) to spend a minimum of 2 nights, maximum of 10 nights, in one of the hotels listed in the Breakfree Hotel Portfolio.
6. Breakfree International's liability for loss of damage incurred by you through the use of the Breakfree club hotel voucher is limited to the amount paid for the voucher because of which such loss or damage occurs.
7. Voucher expires June 2013.
