Returns and Refunds
All our products come with a 12 month warranty.
We will gladly accept any returned merchandise for a full exchange of the same item. Providing that the returned item is sent back in its original packaging and that all included items which were in the original package are also included. The item must not be damaged in any way or else we will be forced to not accept the item back for an exchange.
In case of returning goods, please send us an email with your name, order number, product name, and the problem you have with the product. We are not accepting any returns without these information. Shipping charges are not refundable.
We will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused on your computer, console, or other ways during installation of any of our products. We not be liable for any damage or personal loss due to incorrect installation of our products.
