Breitling's Aeromarine Avenger Seawolf is a professional dive watch designed to withstand pressures of 300 bars, making it water resistant to a full 3000 meters. Built on the sturdy Avenger platform, and crafted from durable, lightweight, and non-corrosive titanium, this rugged and handsome watch is a remarkable achievement of both engineering and aesthetics. The ergonomically-designed brushed titanium case is featured on an integrated brushed titanium bracelet with a deployment buckle. Bold Arabic numerals and luminous hands and markers stand out against the simple black dial, which is designed for optimal readability in both light and dark conditions. The dial is well protected by a scratch-resistant glareproof sapphire crystal and framed by a unidirectional rotating bezel with engraved dive time markers. The Avenger Seawolf features a screw-locked crown and screwdown caseback and is equipped with a safety valve to balance pressure inside and outside the case. This watch is powered by self-winding caliber 17 automatic movement.
About Breitling
Widely popular among celebrities and collectors, Breitling watches remain true to their original identity: they are, at their core, expertly-crafted precision timepieces, engineered to meet the rigorous standards of aviation professionals. Breitling traces its origins to the village of St. Imier, Switzerland, where, in 1884, founder Leon Breitling began making chronographs and precision counters for scientific and industrial purposes. The company's evolution parallels that of the aviation industry to which it is so closely tied. An early leader in aviation timekeeping, Breitling is credited with creating the first wrist chronograph, a design which it later improved with the introduction of independent chronograph push pieces. Breitling’s legendary Chronomat, with its rotating slide rule, debuted in 1942, followed by the Navitimer, a chronograph enhanced with flight calculation functions and a solid favorite among pilots. Other notable designs from Breitling include the streamlined Aerospace, the technically sophisticated B-1, and the Emergency, a pilot’s watch equipped with a powerful radio transmitter capable of sending out a distress signal. Breitling continues to assert itself as a visionary leader among precision watchmakers worldwide, presenting cutting-edge designs, advanced quartz and mechanical movements, and breathtaking innovations. It is the world’s only major watch brand to offer chronometer-certified movements on all of its products.
