Quality control:

• All models are opened and checked for quality. Any notable model defects will be indicated in the description above. What you see in the photos is what you are purchasing.
• Model comes in its packaging & designed box by the manufacturer. Some of the boxes may have wear on them from previous shipping. However, the models inside are not affected.

Returns/Refunds:

• No returns will be accepted if model is damaged, altered or defected. Model must be returned in the original box/packaging with stand and landing gear contents or as was sold.
• Buyer will be responsible for return shipping and costs. Postage/shipping costs will not be refunded, only the original cost of the purchased model.
• Refund will only take place once I have received the model undamaged. 
• I will not be liable for the item loss or damage during delivery. I reserve the right to refuse any refunds that do not comply with my terms and conditions of sale.
