Short Description
Original British P1907 bayonet with metal-mounted leather scabbard.
Full Description
Pattern 1907 bayonet used with the Lee-Enfield No.1 Mk III (.303) rifle. Standard issue for British and Commonwealth forces in World War I and World War II. Many saw service with South African units and may show U in M (Union of South Africa Military) or SAP (South African Police) markings. Characteristic long blade and metal-mounted leather scabbard distinguish it from later bayonet patterns.
