British Pattern steel helmet for sale

For auction: a British pattern steel helmet in a light desert sand colour. This helmet does not seem to have any markings to indicate its origins but probably dates from WW2. There is no liner, although the chin strap is intact albeit in a worn condition. The helmet has a hole drilled in the top, probably to do with its liner, and there are 3 holes aroud the brim. It does need a good cleaning and restoration and will make in interesting addition to any military collection. This item is sold "as is".
