Original British Pattern 1905 Medical/Surgical haversack as used in WW1 by British Commonwealth forces, including the South African Union Defence Force.  

The painted red cross sign is faced away, but the internals show the content and War Department markings still nicely. The buckles look replaced, otherwise nice original condition. 

Ideal for WW1 displays and re-enactments.
