British White Ensign Flag (St. Georges Ensign) used by Royal Navy : MASSIVE SIZE

The flag looks to be in as new condition.
It measure a massive (approx.) 3.6 meters by 1.78 meters.
The flag comes with a tattered Portuguese flag and 5 other smaller (used) signal flags (probably naval signal flags?). The colors of these 5 flags are blue & red, white & red, yellow & blue, white & blue, and crossed white & blue. In the second last picture, they are place on top of the British White Ensign Flag.
In three of the following pictures, I have encircled a ruler and/or a cellphone for size comparison.
