STRIKING BROAD BAND RAINBOW WHITE OPAL
STERLING SILVER RING. BIG! BOLD! 925

A rather beautifully made ring that sits really well on the finger as the ring head containing the opals has been crafted in a gently domed style that curves right over the top of the finger. There are 15 opal cabochons with a smooth protecitve top that have been claw set into th4 ring head. Each opal is set into the solid sterling silver but the jeweller has created a die-cut hole under every stone to allow the light to come through and play with the iridescence. Also a way to display them as real opals not opal triplets! The opals have been jeweller tested and authenticated as "AAA" quality. The colour is 'rainbow white'. None of the cabochons are the same size creating an appealing naturalness and organic design. The jeweller has incorporated a couple of solid sterling silver threads set with white crystals to create a hint of bling and sparkle. It is a big ring, stretching 25 mm across the finger, 16 mm in width and raised 4mm above the finger. At 7,39 grams it is also a solid piece. However, the gentle beauty and feminine colour of the opals coupled with the clever domed curviture of the ring head makes the ring comfortable and easy to wear.
