I bought this about 9 months ago. It's in perfect working condition. I paid R800.00 for the Brodit Active Sleeve and a further R500.00 for the additional RAM fittings which allow attaching to the windscreen. What this sleeve does is serve 2 purposes. The one is to hold your PDA and the other is to charge it while you're driving. The nice thing about this unit is that it is designed for this PDA, all you need to do is slip it into place. It doesn't have those side clamps etc on the universal units that you have to constantly adjust and then end up breaking. You also don't have to keep plugging in the charger. The charger is built into the sleeve. To descibe it best...it's like using your desktop cadle but on your windscreen, it's that simple. The unit has 2 thin wires connected to a fuse that connects to your cars electrical system, battery or you could run it to your cigarette lighter. I've had it connected through my cars electrical system as I prefer not to have visible wires hanging all over the car. It just makes for a neater installation. As I've mentioned before, I've paid R800.00 and R500.00. Total: R1300.00. Asking R600.00 for the complete kit. Please also note that these are imported parts, not local rubbish.
