A finely crafted brooch, done by Boer War prisoners from Bermuda or Ceylon, with wording: "VRIJHEID". Was in my family for over 100 years. I am not sure out of which material it was crafted-looks like bone.(the tooth of an animal??) It has a pin to fasten onto material. My Grandmother told me it was made by a relative of hers when imprisoned during the war. You pay postage which should not be more than R 20 with tracking number.
