Installations instructions (windows/ mac).


  • Go google and download the brother vc 500 drivers and p touch v5.4
  • power the printer, wait till all lights are on, the wireless light will blink blue, press and hold to turn steady white 
  • on you computer or laptop go to wireless list then choose brother vc 500 printer(your internet connection will be disconnected)
  • install the drivers first and choose wireless connectin the the brother vc 500 will be listed there then finish, and install the p touch 5.4
  • make sure you use the right label sizes when printing.
