Installations instructions (windows/ mac).

Go google and download the brother vc 500 drivers and p touch v5.4
power the printer, wait till all lights are on, the wireless light will blink blue, press and hold to turn steady white
on you computer or laptop go to wireless list then choose brother vc 500 printer(your internet connection will be disconnected)
install the drivers first and choose wireless connectin the the brother vc 500 will be listed there then finish, and install the p touch 5.4
make sure you use the right label sizes when printing.
