brown bess tower musket rifle

the brown bess rifle is in working order converted to a percussion cap firing head off the old flintlock dates back to between 1804 and 1840 we use it as a prop every year for the battle of blaauwberg ceremony all markings are clear on the barrel  - marked as a tower rifle and the makers mark at some stage the barrel was shortened maybe for ship use . clean oiled and in good working order
