I could put this up as new, but I believe unless the box is sealed an item is not new.
As far as I can tell this scope has never been used (see the pictures the parts for the scope are still in the bubble wrap).
Reason for selling: I bought this with a bunch of gear from a friend as a lot, I don't have a use for this.
