Orders & Payment

• Orders must be placed within 48 hours, and payment completed within 72 hours, unless prior arrangements are made with the seller.
• If checkout is not completed within 15 days of auction closing, the order will be cancelled, and the items will be re-listed.
• Multiple orders placed within 30 days can be combined to save on shipping costs, provided full payment is made and arrangements are confirmed with the seller.

Non-Payment

• If no response is received from the buyer within 7 working days of purchase, a Sale Not Completed (SNC) case will be filed with Bid or Buy, along with an appropriate rating.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are based on the provided rates and can be reduced by combining multiple items (if paid in full).
• Costs include both packaging and postage.
• Items will be shipped within 5 working days of receiving payment and instructions. A tracking number will be shared as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
• You are welcome to collect the item from me in Longlake, Sandton, or Florauna, Pretoria North. Please make prior arrangements so that the items can be ready.

• The seller is not liable for damage, loss, or delays in delivery once the parcel has been posted.
