       Shipping

·         We charge an initial fee of R45 for the first item with a small additional charge of R5 per item thereafter regardless of the size or weight

·         We endeavour to dispatch parcels within 24 hours of receiving payment, however please allow a maximum of 48 hours

·         Parcels are not dispatched on a Friday or over the weekends or Public Holidays due to the increased possibility of theft

·         Insurance on parcels is optional at an additional cost of 2% of the item price

·         Parcels are shipped via Post Office to Post Office Counter within SA

·         Jordyns Toy Shop will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels whilst in transit

Payment

·         Payments are to be made within 48 hours of placing your order via EFT only, an SNC will be filed after 7 days if no payment has been received. Orders will be shipped only once full payment has been received

Returns

·         Returns to be submitted within 7 days of receipt of order in their Original Sealed Packaging

·         A refund will only be provided after the returned product has been inspected

·         Any postage and delivery costs incurred through the return process will be for the purchasers account
