BUFFALO RIVER NEOPRENE SLING W/ SWIVELS

Heavier duty rifle sling, intended for use on fire arms or air rifles, however, the rifle in question needs sling studs installed on the stock. This sling has the metal swivels that is preinstalled permanently onto the webbing itself by means of sewn lines. The swivels open by means of rotating the free-spooling knurled caps counter-clockwise untl threaded out sufficiently, more or less to capacity.

Thereafter, these caps are pushed forward against the loaded spring tension, until their bars come out sufficiently on the other side for the coupler bit to swivel off, allowing this swivel to be installed onto the sling mount on the rifle stock.

There webbing attached to it is a double layer of 27mm wide nylon, looped through a very durable-looking triple bar retainer , followed by an anti-slip triple bar retainer which prevents the weight of the hanging rifle from causing the length of the rifle to be adjusted involuntarily.

The webbing is fused to the shoulder piece by means of boiled black leather on both sides, claming the webbing to the neoprene by means of cross box stitching on both sides.

The side that fixes to the shoulder is neoprene / anti-slip w/ periodical cross-planar texturing. The shoulder piece furthermore is padded dense, about 14mm.

The webbing runs across the spine of the shoulderpiece, thoroughly stitched onto it to provide rreinforcement and keep the webbing as a long, single piece to prevent it tearing loose. On this strip, the BUFFALO RIVER branding can also be seen.

This sling is of premium quality for a very good price.
