Buffered Vitamin C Sodium ascorbate, otherwise known as Vitamin C or ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble vitamin and antioxidant. It is non-bitter, non-acidic, fully reacted, buffered vitamin C. It is GMO-free. The human body doesn't produce its own vitamin C; it gets it from food and other sources.
