Build, paint, wallpaper and add curtains and lights to this 1:12 scale dolls house with your child. The house is a sturdy construction made from 3mm MDF board and measures 785mm wide, 475mm deep and 590mm high. The board is sealed prior to machining, making it ready to be painted. The windows open and close and are hand fitted before packing. This house is shipped packed flat ready for you to build. On average it should not take more than one hour to do so with an adult's supervision. (Recommended for children seven years and older.)
