For South African clients we can use express courier services or SAPO registered mail. Delivery with express courier is 3 days. SAPO mail is up to 2 weeks. If you do not receive your parcel I am happy to replace it if it is not due to a postal strike or other delay on the postal service's side.
International clients: You will receive the tracking details once the parcel is shipped, either EMS or registered SAPO international mail. You can track the progress of your parcel online. If you require a copy of the Waybill let me know. Depending on the shipping method, delivery is between 2 to 6 weeks.
If a parcel is delayed for some reason I will inquire from this side when the parcel arrived in your Country so you can follow up with your local postal service. We can however NOT replace or refund a purchase if your postal service does not deliver the parcel. Also ensure that your Custom regulations will allow Methyl Cut.
