Operating Instructions:
Observe the recommended rotational speed.
Maximum operating speed is: 80m/s or 6,600 rpm
Only use grinding machines intended for use with the relevant tool.
Avoid excessive side pressure and maintain a 90-degree cutting angle.
Avoid material cross contamination.
Ensure correct and suitable personal protective equipment is worn while using the tool.
It is highly recommended that the disc is not used without the machine being equipped with an SFS 76 safety flange set which will improve the overall lateral stability of the wheel during the cutting operation improving operator safety and comfort.
