Skipper is an old navy fighter plane. He was once a member of the "Jolly Wrenches" squadron, an ace flier and top instructor. Ever since an accident during a combat mission he lives a quiet life, keeping himself to himself and operating a flight school. But his quiet existence comes to an end when Dusty solicits his expertise. Whilst Dusty learns to fly ever higher and smarter, Skipper also learns a great deal about himself and his own abilities as a flight instructor. Bullyland figurines are made from TVC which has several advantages over PVC figurines. TVC is softer, non-toxic and it is made from a recyclable material unlike PVC.
