With this tool, you'll make perfect, uniform patties every time, which cook evenly. They even look better!
 

How this little Gizmo works:

  1. Take 500 grams or 1kg of your favorite coarse mince,
  2. Weigh into desired pattie weights or divide into equal portions
  3. Roll mince into ball and place on flat surface (sprinkle a little flour onto surface to prevent sticking)
  4. Take your Burger Buddy and place over mince ball, lift handle up and press down while turning handle clockwise slowly until you get your perfect burger pattie
  5. Fry, grill or braai and add your favorite garnish and sauce for a perfect home made Hamburger
