This is a fine flavour bean, entirely string less, and completely delicious with an exquisite buttery flavour!   These are versatile beans.  An early dependable cropper. 

 

These are easy to prepare.  They can be canned, frozen, but are best eaten fresh - raw in salads, steamed, stir fried, you imagination is your culinary limit! 

This is an open pollinated variety, not GMO
