ABOUT BUSH LODGE:
Bush Lodge is a 5-star Game Lodge nestled in the bush at the top of the vast open valley on the Amakhala Game Reserve located in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa, approximately 50 km from Addo Elephant Park and 47 km from Grahamstown. Port Elizabeth Airport is 100 km from the reserve.
Bush Lodge, by the Mantis Collection, offers on suite tented and thatched accommodation units. The open plan design of the tents invited the cooling breeze, transporting all the authentic African sounds, tastes and smell onto your doorstep. Each unit features a private plunge pool with great views onto the plans and water points.

The Amakhala Game Reserve is approximately 7000ha in size. To reduce human impact and maintain exclusivity, the number of guests allowed on the reserve at any one time is set by a self imposed limitation of the number of guests to the hectares of the reserve, one bed per 50ha.
