Known as the Butterfly Agave, this is a very beautiful dwarf variety is said to have originated from Japan. It is very compact in nature, with a rounded habit growing to about 45 cm in diameter. The short and broad leaves are grey, edged with very attractive reddish-brown teeth and spines. It is a really neat and attractive, relatively slow-growing plant that forms lovely feature plants.
