Stock: We will always try to give our customers the best service and products available, but in the unlikely event that the product you require is sold out (we sell on multiple platforms), we will contact you and advise as such, as well as make a recommendation for an alternate but equally suitable replacement. This is especially relating to E-Liquid flavours and strengths. Please ensure you select exactly that which you require. Once a parcel has been shipped, we cannot rectify orders placed incorrectly.
Shipping: Make sure you select the shipping method that best suits your requirement. Please note that if physical address shipping is selected, you have to be available to receive the items physically, at the address you specified. If you are not available at the time of delivery, you will have to pay shipping again for your parcel to be re-sent. We send all of our parcels with tracking numbers. You will be notified of your tracking number, and where you may be able to track it. We reserve the right to change courier services without any notification. Please ensure your details, especially shipping address, is full and complete. If the shipping agents are unable to locate your address, you will have to pay for shipping again.
Insurance: If you would like your parcel to be insured, please pay an additional 3% of the total value of your order. If this is not done, your parcel will not be insured.
