One of the best rose fragrances. Pricey, but it takes about 2,000 roses to make about one gram of rose oil, and and this is why so many decent rose fragrances are so expensive. Compared to some "rose" fragrances, it really smells like roses, and is really not that expensive and a good value for the money. (I can not tell you how many "rose" fragrances I have bought which do not smell anything like rose.) Some other decent rose fragrances are: Penhaligon's "The Coveted Duchess Rose," which is nice but the very expensive, and Atelier's "Rose Anonyme" and "Rose Anonyme Extriat," which are good but a little more expensive. The dry down on "The Rose of No Man's Land" is the key, the longer on my skin, the more rose scent I smell, which is what separates it from the pack.
