Byrna SD (Self-Defence) is the successor to Byrna HD and has been re-engineered for optimal performance. Powered by compressed air (Co2), the Byrna SD fires .68 calibre round kinetic and chemical filled irritant projectiles that can disable a threat from up to 18m away. It is an incredibly powerful and non-lethal self-defence device.

Byrna SD Ready Max Kit

The Byrna SD uses 8-gram Co2 cartridges which fires between 15 and 20 rounds per cartridge. By adding a 12-gram SD Boost adapter, it allows the SD launcher to use 12-gram Co2 cartridges which increases the rounds per cartridge to between 25-30.

NOTE: Any unused Co2 in pierced cartridges will leak out over time. Remain prepared for any eventuality and only leave unpierced Co2 cartridges in the launcher.
