The CAT5 CCA 10Mbps / 100m cable is a cost-effective networking solution designed for basic data transmission applications such as Ethernet, CCTV, and general-purpose structured cabling. With a length of 100 metres, this cable is suitable for both residential and light commercial installations requiring extended coverage.

Constructed using Copper-Clad Aluminium (CCA) conductors, this CAT5 cable offers a budget-friendly alternative to pure copper while still delivering acceptable performance for 10Mbps Ethernet and other low-bandwidth communications. It supports unshielded twisted pair (UTP) construction, reducing crosstalk and maintaining signal integrity over short to medium distances.

Its flexible PVC outer jacket ensures ease of installation in conduits or along cable trays, making it ideal for DIY setups, temporary network extensions, or applications where full CAT5e/CAT6 compliance is not required.

Note: CCA cable is not recommended for Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications or gigabit data speeds.
