Outsider Labs pupping cream contains 2% 6-Benzylaminopurine (also referred to as 6-BAP) and 0.0075% Gibberellic acid (also referred to as GA3). These plant hormones are responsible for growth stimulation, cell division, and cell elongation. The cream induces pupping when applied to the axillary buds, apical meristems, or the areoles of cacti. The cream takes 1 to 10 weeks to produce pups in actively growing plants. Pupping is induced around 90% of the time when applied correctly.
Pupping cream is shelf-stable and does not need to be stored in a refrigerator.
